"971 MY17 4S Diesel GT 4dr PDK 8sp AWD 4.0DT Executive saloons don't always bridge the gap between true sports car and luxury four-passenger four-doors, but the Porsche Panamera makes a pretty good fist of combining the best of two worlds. There are three models, all AWD: The ""base"" 324kW/550Nm 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 (0-100km/h 4.4sec), the 310kW/850Nm 4.0-litre V8 turbo-diesel (0-100km/h 4.5sec) and the 404kW/770Nm 4.0-litre V8 (0-100km/h 3.8sec). Yes, it's wonderfully comfortable and no, it won't match a Benz S-Class for overall sumptuousness, but put it on a winding road and it'll be out of sight in no time."
