Honda Australia has announced a special-edition version of its smallest SUV, the Honda HR-V, that it says brings additional value via a range of affordable luxury features.
Following the popularity of the Civic VTi-S LUXE last year, the Honda HR-V +LUXE will be available from Honda dealers nationally from this month priced at $29,990 plus on-road costs -- $2000 more than the VTi-S variant on which it’s based.
Extras include built-in satellite navigation, smart keyless entry with push-button start, LED auto headlights, multi-angle reversing camera, rear parking sensors and Honda’s LaneWatch blind-spot monitor.
Also standard are heated front seats with black leather-appointed trim (normally only available on the high-series RS and VTi-LX variants), metallic or pearlescent paint and special-edition +LUXE badging.

Four exterior paint colours will be available: Brilliant Sporty Blue metallic, Lunar Silver metallic, Modern Steel metallic and White Orchid pearlescent.
“The HR-V VTi-S is now available with more luxury equipment than ever before courtesy of this exclusive +LUXE package, all the while maintaining the competitive pricing, impressive interior space and unrivalled versatility that are hallmarks of the HR-V range,” said Honda Australia director Stephen Collins.
“In the ultra-competitive small SUV segment, the HR-V +LUXE outclasses its main rivals with a list of affordable luxury features they simply cannot match.”
