Integrating interior and exterior S Line options in the one pack has reduced the purchase price for buyers from an aggregate of $8500 to $1800. According to the prestige importer the price for the front-wheel drive TT so equipped is $76,850, while the quattro version with S tronic transmission is priced at $79,450.
Externally, the package comprises re-designed bumpers, air inlets and side sills, S line badges, tailpipe trims, a diffuser insert, fixed rear wing similar to the TT RS's, xenon plus headlights with LED daytime running lights and a choice of four colours: Samoa Orange (metallic), Glacier White (metallic), Daytona Grey (pearl effect) and Misano Red (pearl effect).
Other detail differences include high-gloss black for the radiator grille, mirror shells, trim piece below the front bumper, diffuser insert, tail pipe trims and rear spoiler, plus matte black for the grille insert, registration plate frame and front fog light surrounds. The 19-inch wheels, in a five-spoke design are also finished in black and wear 255/35 R19 tyres.
Inside, the TT with the S Line Competition Package features exclusive door sill trims, extended aluminium-look decorative trim, leather package and sports seats. The steering wheel is a multi-function sports unit, flat at the bottom. Fine Nappa leather has been chosen for the seat upholstery and the S Line logos appear on the backrests. Finished in black throughout the interior, the TT with the S Line Competition Package also gains matt brushed aluminium decorative trim and piping for the floor mats. Vehicles ordered in Samoa Orange are trimmed inside in the same (body) colour, in lieu of the matt brushed aluminium.
