Both base their systems on a 2.0-litre petrol hybrid: the regular version offering 2554kW of combined power and a claimed 8.5L/100km fuel consumption and the plug-in, 300kW and 2.1L/100km economy - as well as the ability to cover 120km on electric power alone. All GWM Tank 500s are loaded with equipment and bring a full seven-year, unlimited-kilometer warranty with roadside assist and capped-price servicing. Safety tech includes autonomous emergency braking and adaptive cruise control with lane centring.
