Selling due to a lifestyle change which meant recently welcoming a new addition to the family so my priorities have changed and to accommodate i have just recently upgraded to a larger brand new vehicle and do not wish to pay for 2 lots of Rego and Insurance and Fuel in todays economy
Purchased in QLD from the first owner with only 250km on the odometer during the engine break-in period, his wife forced him to choose between this or his Evo 8 MR so he sold the FL5 to me, the second owner
I drove my FL5 back to Sydney down back roads alternating throttle to ensure a proper engine break-in and soon as i arrived back i changed the oil and filter myself with 0w-20 API SP per Honda specifications
56k on the odometer, of which at least 80% of that is genuine highway kilometers as my job requires me to travel long distances
It has been serviced regularly with Honda to cover continued warranty and additional services done by myself in-between every 5000km or less with premium GTL oils and only 98 Premium Fuel used. Last engine oil and filter change was at 52500km. Transmission oil has also been changed at least 3 times in the life of the vehicle so far to keep the Manual Gearbox and Front LSD in excellent condition.
My FL5 has never given me any issues, I have not had to set foot into a dealership for anything except scheduled servicing as this is what you pay for when you buy a Honda, Performance and Reliability.
Mechanical inspections are welcomed at your cost but rest assured, no leaks, mechanically sound and drives as-new without any oil consumption between services as it has been looked after its entire life and the ECU has not been aftermarket tuned to protect the warranty status from Honda , Additionally because it is still within the factory warranty period it is eligible for the Honda Extended Warranty Program (which adds another 3 years of warranty at an additional cost to the next buyer)

My FL5 will be sold As-Is , registration expires on 21st May 2026 and i will not be putting on additional registration so it will be up to the buyer to organise this and the current price has been adjusted to reflect this. The final price is now firm and non negotiable as it is one of the lowest price FL5 on carsales , custom plates can go with the car otherwise the buyer is able to get standard plates upon re-registering the vehicle
