4A MY22 40 TFSI Sedan 4dr S tronic 7sp 2.0T Audi's A6 sedan/allroad (soft-road) wagon range offers front-drive or quattro all-wheel drive, and a range of engines beginning with a 140kW/320Nm 40 TFSI 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol tasked with motivating 1.7 tonnes of car. In this age of rampant downsizing that's nothing exceptional and, at least, there are bigger engines: AWD drivelines kick in with a 180kW/370Nm 45 TFSI 2.0-litre turbo-petrol, a hard-hitting 250kW/500Nm 3.0-litre 55 TFSI V6 and, in the allroad, a 183kW/600Nm 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel with eight-speed transmission. Petrol engines use a seven-speed S tronic gearbox. Standard equipment runs to sat-nav, leather trim with powered and heated front seats, Audi Matrix LED headlights, smart-phone integration and 10-speaker audio.
