New OEM steering wheel fitted ($1,600+ for the OEM part alone). We replace the steering wheel on most vehicles we prepare to make the primary touch point feel new. The car feels considerably newer in the hand as a result.
Front lateral links replaced ($1,200+). A known Model 3 characteristic. Our technicians replace them on roughly 95 percent of vehicles we prepare regardless of mileage. The bushings can develop cracks that pass a standard workshop inspection but not ours. New links restore correct front wheel tracking and the planted, factory feel to the steering.
