Fixing a ute tray behind the regular double-cab and extending the overall length to more than 5.5 metres has created a useful ute with a 693kg payload and a towing capacity of 2.7 tonnes. It's not as eager a workhorse as some others, but compensates with its unquestioned off-road abilities. The engine is Jeep's familiar 209kW/353Nm 3.6"litre petrol V6, delivering through an eight-speed auto gearbox to part-time dual-range 4x4. Autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors and a rear camera are standard.
