For 2020, the Velar range dropped from 65 variants to just 13, now comprising six core variants and six performance-focused R-Dynamic variants, as well as the range-topping supercharged V8 SVAutobiography Dynamic. The range of seven engines starts with three turbo-diesels " four-cylinder D180 and D240 2.0-litre four-cylinders, and D300 3.0-litre V6 " and moves on to four turbo-petrols (P250 and P300 2.0-litres, P380 3.0-litre V6 and the SVAutobiography Dynamic's P550 V8). 2020 equipment upgrades include a powered tailgate and the addition of Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and digital radio.
