IV B98 Phase 2 R.S. 220 Trophy Hatchback 5dr EDC 6sp 1.6T (3yr Warranty) Renault's baby five-door hatchback, the front-drive Clio, goes from being a handy around-town conveyance as a base 66kW/135Nm 0.9-litre three-cylinder, five-speed manual-transmission Life to the super-hot, six-speed dual-clutch 162kW/280Nm 1.6-litre turbo R.S. 220 and R.S. 18. In between are the 88kW/190Nm 1.2-litre twin-clutch auto Zen, the identically-driven Intens and GT-Line, and the slightly downgraded 147kW/260Nm R.S. 200 Cup. The Clio is made handy by its hatchback design that yields between 300 litres and 1146 litres of luggage area, and class-competitive passenger space. From Zen upwards, LED headlights and sat-nav are standard. It also comes with a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.
