MQ MY18 Blackline Utility Double Cab 4dr Spts Auto 5sp 4x4 950kg 2.4DT Mitsubishi's Triton light commercial pickup/cab-chassis competes with Ford's Ranger and Toyota's Hilux, offering a formidable 4x2 and 4x4 range. There's a choice of single-cab or five-passenger "Club Cab", in both cab-chassis and ute form, and dual-cab ute variants (with a smaller tray than Club Cab versions). The base 4x2 cab-chassis uses a 94kW/194Nm 2.4-litre petrol engine and a five-speed manual gearbox, with six-speed manuals or five-speed autos, and a 133kW/430Nm 2.4-litre turbo-diesel, used elsewhere. Payloads are up to three tonnes. From basic cloth-trimmed models, there's a big step up to the leather-trimmed Exceed with heated front seats and a powered driver's seat.
