10th Gen MY18 RS Sedan 4dr CVT 1sp 1.5T Honda's latest-generation Civic sedans and hatchbacks are a step change over previous models, especially in the power department where despite the 104kW/174Nm 1.8-litre engine remaining the price-leader, the new 127kW/220Nm 1.5-litre turbo engine makes Honda's future intentions clear. From base VTi, all Civics come with a commodious body featuring a funky dash, comfortable seats and a good ride/handling compromise. This carries through the VTi-S and VTi-S LUXE to the VTi-L where the new turbo engine becomes available, continuing through RS to the VTi-LX which " along with the 228kW/400Nm 2.0-litre Type R " gets a full safety-tech arsenal. All Civics except the six-speed manual Type R use CVT transmissions.
