Overview
BK MY18 RS-V Hatchback 5dr Man 6sp 1.6T Holden's Astra small-car range comprises three models (hatchback, wagon and sedan) and impresses with its on-road refinement, creature comforts, cabin space and levels of built-in safety. All built in different places (hatchback in Poland, sedan in Korea and wagon in the UK), Astras share basic design commonality. A 110kW/240Nm four-cylinder 1.4-litre turbo is fitted across the broad, while the sportily-inclined hatch also offers an optional 147kW/280Nm 1.6-litre turbo. Six-speed manual and auto gearboxes are available in sedans and hatchbacks, while the Sportwagon is auto-only. In its Opel-badged form, the Astra has won numerous awards in Europe. It's not hard to see why.
