FN MY18 GT Fastback 2dr SelectShift 10sp 5.0i With even-stronger V8 performance, improved safety and more refined handling/roadholding, Ford's latest Mustang is a bit more than an update. The Mustang portfolio includes the four-cylinder EcoBoost and the V8-powered GT manual, with an optional 10-speed automatic gearbox sitting alongside the standard six-speed manual and the redeveloped, electrically-assisted steering complemented by new shock absorbers and a new cross-axis joint in the rear. Perhaps the biggest story is the adoption of high and low-speed autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and lane-departure warning. The V8 is upgraded too, slightly in capacity and moreso in outputs, where it now delivers 339kW/556Nm.
