Unfinished Campervan build. Just needs a ceiling and plumbing as desired.
2018 model bought brand new in mid 2019 intended to be my home on wheels. Over time I lost interest in the build, been living in and travelling in vans since 2015, now just happy to be in a fancy apartment and vanlife is behind me.
Only driven 31,100 kms. Full service history.
What I've done to it:
-2x 200 watt solar panels on roof
-4 deep cycle batteries totalling 560 Amp hours, never drained below 70%
-1000watt inverter
-MPPT solar charge controller with bluetooth so you can check the voltage on your phone
deep cycle batteries wired to alternator so can be charged while driving
-fuses
-lights wired in - just need to be slotted into ceiling as desired
-USBs for phone charging and a 3 port 240v outlet
-Switches for water pump and Inverter easily accessible
-Slide out kitchen with Waeco 65 litre fridge/freezer and LPG powered twin burner stove and oven.
-Sealed and vented down to the ground gas bottle enclosure for 2 LPG bottles and tie downs for bottles
-All electrics and slide out kitchen/gas enclosure professionally built and installed
-Queen size bed frame (1 inch shorter and 1 inch narrower than queen size) I am 6 foot and can sleep across the van, this is slotted for weight saving and mattress breathability.
-Shower cubicle as I was planning to live in the van, not plumbed, easily removable.
-Hinged roof top vent for a boat, I think about the same size as a maxxair fan so you can fit one instead if desired.
-Small exhaust/inlet fan for airflow
-Custom made vinyl tonneau cover with zip opening between driver's cabin and cargo area for total privacy.
-Rear window covers for total privacy and light blocking
-Reverse camera fitted but not yet wired in, the parking sensors were so useful I never got around to it.
-Sound and vibration deadening
-Roof insulation
-Plywood floor with insulation underneath
-Tongue and groove walls with insulation behind
-Dashmat
-1x full LPG bottle included but space for two in gas locker
Included but unfitted parts:
-3 water tanks and some plumbing
-water pump (wiring is in place)
-kitchen sink
-shower head
-TV/Monitor bracket with hinges
maybe some other stuff I've forgotten
Is actually fun and easy to drive and park, fits in any standard car park. The automated manual is fun and easy to use, I have never used it in auto mode because the manual mode is more enjoyable.
Van is in great condition, RWC will be supplied. Full and comprehensive service history. Fiat has a service interval of 30,000kms but I have serviced it at 11200kms, 15780kms, 25600kms and at 30000kms with logbook.
As photos depict, small scratches and some paint on rear bumper when I got careless with the build. Scratches on front right hand side bumper and RHS front headlight was replaced after I hit some debris on the highway.
Has been professionally detailed for the sale.
