2017 Renault Clio RS 220 Trophy (Modified)
Selling because I have already purchased a larger car for the family, and I feel it is finally time to let this one go.
Price is firm. Low offers under $25,000 will be respectfully ignored. Genuine buyers only please. I would prefer not to waste each other’s time. If it does not sell for the asking price, I will happily keep it as a weekend car.
Well maintained and tastefully modified example with extensive supporting modifications and maintenance completed.
The car has been continuously serviced by Renault specialists at Renotech since I first purchased it, and all performance parts and upgrades were professionally installed by Renotech as well.
Performance modifications include:
- Mamba 9-6 Billet Turbo Charger (TD04L-19T) – 1.0 bar setup
- Stage 3 Mapping (Tunehouse)
- Koya Works Downpipe
- GFB DV+ Diverter Valve
- KTR Cold Air Intake
- Sytec 340L Fuel Pump
- Airtec Motorsport Intercooler
- Airtec Motorsport Cold Side Boost Pipes
- Airtec Motorsport Hot Side Boost Pipes
- Pro Hoses Boost Symposer Hose Kit
- Pro Alloy Radiator
- Ultra Racing Front Strut Bar
- H&R performance spark plugs
Exhaust note:
- Resonator has been reinstalled as the exhaust was a little too loud for daily driving without it.
- For buyers who enjoy a playful and louder exhaust note, the resonator can easily be removed again to bring out more character from the car.
Additional upgrades and maintenance:
- Brand new air conditioning compressor replaced
- New battery installed
- Gearbox oil serviced
- Throttle body cleaned
- Shark fin antenna installed
- Spoiler installed
- Footrest pedal installed
- Badge cover installed
- 18-inch SSR GTX01 wheels
- Yokohama Advan AD09 tyres
Also comes with:
- ITG Maxogen intake
- 18-inch stock wheels
The car has been enthusiast owned and carefully maintained. Drives extremely well with strong performance and excellent cooling setup.
Recently serviced and regularly looked after.
Around $25,000 has been invested into the car including parts and labour. I also have invoices for all modifications and servicing completed over the years. Keeping detailed records and maintaining a proper build history has always been a hobby of mine.
The car is making around 300hp at the engine and has been set up at 1.0 bar boost. I chose to keep the setup at 1.0 bar as I believe it is a reliable setup within the limits of what the car can comfortably handle long term.

Some owners choose to run these cars at up to 1.5 bar boost, however in my opinion that is pushing beyond what the tyres and clutch can comfortably handle, which significantly increases the chances of mechanical issues over time.
Please note:
- As shown in the photos, there is a small mark on the front bumper in the area indicated by the arrow.
- The wheel shown in the photos also has some curb rash/scratches.
I am the second owner of the car and have owned it since 2021. I originally started modifying the car little by little because I wanted to experience taking it to the track one day, but I never actually ended up taking it to a track. Most of the enjoyment for me came from carefully building and maintaining the car over the years instead.
Thanks
