Selling my 2016 Mustang GT in Race Red, purchased in September 2024. I’m the second owner, and the car presents in genuinely immaculate condition.
It’s been an awesome, reliable car but with changing circumstances it’s just not practical to keep it around moving forward.
I bought it as a completely stock, unmodified example with just 28,000 km. It took time to find one this clean. Low kilometres, minimal wear, and no stories.
Tasteful Upgrades:
- Avery Dennison gloss white stripe (professionally installed). 20” Supersnake style
- Roush H‑Pipe, adding a deeper, more characterful note without being loud or intrusive
- Smoothed rear decklid (GT badge removed). The original GT decklid will come included with the car.
Protection & Presentation:
- All forward‑facing surfaces (including headlights) professionally wrapped. 10 year PPF warranty
- Garaged its entire life
- Washed weekly and ceramic coated every quarter
- Interior leather conditioned quarterly
- Only ever run on BP 98
Servicing & Maintenance:
- Serviced every 8,000 km by a reputable performance shop
- Minor maintenance tasks completed by me
- Full Excel log of all work completed during ownership
- Current odometer: ~42,500 km

Interior:
- Very minimal wear. Only a small scuff on the glovebox door
- Leather seats in excellent condition

Exterior:
- One small scuff on the lower left rear bar (present when I purchased it). Barely noticeable but worth mentioning
Mechanical:
- No known issues or faults.
- Never tracked under my ownership, and based on its condition when purchased, I don’t believe it has ever been tracked
- Open to any mechanical inspection as part of your due diligence
Other Notes:
The only consideration for buyers is that the car is still under finance. I’m happy to walk through the process transparently for serious buyers.
There is rego on the car until the start of June 2026.
Custom plates will not come with the car.

The original rear-drive pony car will come direct from the USA as both a 306kW/530Nm 5.0-litre V8 and a 233kW/432Nm 2.3-litre four-cylinder EcoBoost, and will be offered in four-seat convertible and two-door hatchback form, with the choice of six-speed auto and manual transmissions. Prices will range from around $45,000 for the base, manual-transmission 2.3-litre hatch to around $64,000 for the auto-transmission GT convertible.
