2016 BMW M6 Competition - F13 LCI Coupe
To celebrate the last of the M6's, BMW Australia bought out a handful in competition spec - and this is one of them. The twin turbo V8 was upgraded to 441kw (600hp) and 700Nm, it also comes with special 20inch light weight rims, black chrome quad tailpipes, a stiffer suspension tune, more direct variable steering and different tuning to the standard M6. Faster, very rare, and more potent. It literally has supercar performance - 0-100 in circa 3.7 secs
This car has been an absolute pleasure to own and drive. It is a 2 owner car - originally purchased new from Canterbury BMW with Competition pack and a price tag of $330,000. It was first registered in Jan 2017. The original owner traded it back around 3.5 years ago, and I bought it at that point (as a Canterbury BMW Premium pre-owned vehicle). At the time of purchase I added window tints and a ceramic coating. The vehicle is completely unmodified/stock.
I've put 50,000kms on it and that was basically all highway miles between Sydney & Canberra (I work for a business based in Canberra). The car has not cost me a cent beyond annual servicing and a new set of Pirelli P-Zero's that I put on a few months ago - it is perfect mechanically, Full service history, no warning lights.
I will miss it enormously, but I have two young(ish) boys who are demanding camping and mountain biking - its just not the right lifestyle car for me anymore.
Already rare, and as we move into a new era of EVs this is one that will surely start to appreciate.
