I purchased this car in January 2017 as a dealer demo with approx. 2,000km on the odometer. It was fitted with every factory option that was available at the time, including:

Since then it has been meticulously looked after. Always garaged, the car still looks near new. I have always personally hand washed the car (properly) using snow foam, 2 buckets and multiple towels. Consequently, the paint and clear coat are in amazing condition, with almost no swirling or blemishes. I have also never had to professionally restore the paint.
It has never been in an accident, stolen or repaired for damage. There is no damage under the car (it has never been bottomed out). The rims are almost flawless, with the exception of a few nicks from a poorly executed tyre change courtesy of Jax Tyres. As much as it bugged me at the time, I did not attempt to have this repaired as it is too minor.
The interior is also near new and very clean. Please see photos.
I have a full service and log book history. The motor oil was changed more frequently than Audi recommends. The start-stop system was almost always disengaged (only used on a few rare occasions). Also, a good chunk of the mileage comes from motorway and open road driving.
Inspections welcome. I will happily take (what I determine to be) serious buyers for a drive provided I'm behind the wheel. Test drives, however, are only possible with a cash deposit sufficient to cover the insurance excess.
No mods. No tune. Remained stock from day 1. Not tracked. Launch control used only 2-3 times since new. Drivetrain treated with care. Genuine single owner car with proof.
The car has near new Pilot Sport 5's all round and brand new rear brakes and discs. A regular service and transmission service were performed just last month. Rego until end of October.
No one has ever smoked inside the car. Also, there are no unusual odors inside the car.

It's no also-ran though. All wheel drive, and equipped with a punchy 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 210kW/380Nm, it's a true high-performance car that " depending on model " is able to reach 100km/h from zero in a mere 5.0sec . Handling and road grip are similarly impressive: Tuned sports suspension, ventilated disc brakes on all wheels and 18-inch alloys help endow agility commensurate with the engine performance. Seven airbags, powered leather seats, sat-nav, keyless start and two-zone climate-control are all standard.
