Mid-high roof with ~1.75 m of standing height. Long wheelbase. The load area is big — proper room to stand, walk around, and actually build something decent in there.
Wool insulation already done on the lower walls, lined with plywood on top. Rear barn doors and sliding side door.
Maintenance done:
• Timing belt replaced
• All 4 glow plugs replaced
• New battery
• Regular servicing
Good turning circle for a van this size. Easy to drive and park in the city. Pulls well on the highway. Fuel consumption is reasonable for a diesel of this size. No warning lights, no rattles, nothing that needs fixing. Just drives.
Gutted to let this one go. The plan was to do a full camper conversion and drive around Australia with my girlfriend. A career change came up and a master’s degree with it, so that trip has to wait a couple of years.
Someone else should get the use out of it in the meantime.
