981 Coupe 2dr PDK 7sp 2.7i The Cayman coupe is the Porsche for those who don't particularly need the 911's extra-tiny rear seat and don't have a hankering to stretch to all-wheel drive or stupendous turbo powerplants. The mid-engine coupe offers either the 202kW/290Nm 2.7-litre boxer six in the regular version, or the stronger, 239kW/370Nm 3.4-litre version used in the S version that drops zero to 100km/h acceleration to as low as 4.9 seconds. There's the choice of a six-speed manual or a (faster) seven-speed PDK automatic in either. With the mid-mounted engine, the Cayman's handling balance is superb " and it's cosier than the donor Boxster.
