SL Series MY14 Si Premium Wagon 5dr Spts Auto 6sp 2WD 2.0i The Sportage SUV is Kia's second most significant model behind the Rio light car. Like most of its peers (Hyundai Ix35, Nissan X-Trail, Toyota RAV4), the Sportage is available in 2WD or 4WD form and offers the choice of diesel or petrol four-cylinder engines: A torqued-up 122kW/205Nm 2.0-litre petrol, now with direct fuel injection, and a 135kW/392Nm 2.0-litre turbo-diesel. The petrol engine offers a choice between two six-speed transmissions; a manual and an automatic. The diesel is auto only. The range extends from the manual 2.0-litre petrol through mid-spec Premium models to the top-shelf, petrol or diesel automatic Platinum.
