Last of the Ford Falcon range, October 2015 build FGX XR6 with factory ecolpi gas. Extremely economical to run with a full tank costing around $60 which gets over 500kms (600kms + with highway driving). Factory satellite navigation has been optioned on this car.
A major service was completed in December 2023 which included replacing all filters and fluids including the gearbox, at the same time the front disc rotors and brake pads were also replaced. In May 2024 the rear differential was completely rebuilt due to the common diff whine that this model is known for diff bushes were also replaced with genuine Ford items at the same time. For roadworthy purposes the tailshaft coupling, front tyres, front upper control arms were replaced with genuine Ford items (complete arm including ball joints and bushes) have all been replaced with brand new items. In addition to this, other suspension bushes have previously been replaced with Pedders items and the car is fitted with Pedders Sports Ryder shock absorbers.
This car has had $5000 spent on it in maintenance and repairs in the last 24 months and with all of the common issues addressed, it is now ready for years of trouble free motoring.
Overall the car is generally in good condition considering its age, there are some minor signs of wear which I am happy to point out upon enquiry or viewing, there is a dent in the passenger side door. Please contact to arrange viewing, please ensure you have the asking price before contacting.

Not surprisingly, Ford's final Falcon is undoubtedly the best. With four model grades " base, XR6 (plus XR6 Turbo), XR8 and G6E " supported by a quartet of impressive engines, including the 176kW/353Nm 2.0-litre four-cylinder EcoBoost turbo, the 195kW/391Nm 4.0-litre six-cylinder petrol and its 198kW/409Nm LPG and 270kW/533Nm turbo siblings, plus a 335kW/570Nm 5.0-litre Boss V8, the Falcon is a family sedan for all purposes. With strong performance across the board, plus refined ride/handling and a spacious, comfortable interior with plenty of load space, the big Ford is a much better, and more relevant, car than today's sales figures indicate.
