This safe, reliable little rocket has good fuel economy and drives comfortably through mud, snow or downtown.
Well maintained & serviced to maintenance schedule, one female non-smoking owner.
No accidents, just a couple of cosmetic scratches seen in photos, in keeping with her maturity. Photos show small tear in drivers' seat upholstery and some wear on steering wheel.
Recently replaced gearbox has only 85,000km on it, thoroughly inspected by subaru specialists Techworkz in ACT. Front drive shafts replaced April 2026, valued at $1000. 5 x new yokohama geolander tyres with only 12,000km wear, replaced May 2025, typically last 40-60,000km.

Stepping up to the crease with a new Forester brings more refinement, more frugality and more of the expected connectivity a new (and current) generation of buyer demands. Steadfastly maintaining its 4x4 only status here, Subaru confirms its commitment with the introduction of X-mode (CVT models only), bringing intelligent control to the AWD system, especially in slippery conditions. It's a marginally larger car overall, with increased cargo space and much better legroom for rear seat passengers. Engine configurations remain much the same power-wise, with improved fuel consumption, although the XT does receive an extra dose of oomph.
