The new Skoda offers two transmissions: A six-speed manual for the base 77TSI and a (standard) seven-speed dual-clutch DSG for the 90TSI. The 77TSI is only available in base-spec Ambition form; the 90TSI is optional on Ambition, standard on the more upmarket Elegance model.
