The last two Morgan Roadsters that sold in Australia were advertised for $145,000. I believe they were 2012 models.
The asking price for this car is what it has cost me.
The AUD to GBP rate is currently not in our favour.
Shipping and insurance is expensive and increasing in cost for obvious reasons.
Tax to land the car here is expensive.
Compliance is very expensive.
This Morgan Roadster is a charismatic and engaging modern British roadster, powered by a lively V6 and presented in a classic and well-optioned specification.
It is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.7-litre Ford V6, delivering power to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.
This Roadster was first registered in the UK in April 2014, and was subsequently imported into Australia, where it passed compliance in May 2025.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This Morgan Roadster is finished in the attractive shade of Montreal Blue with a dark blue mohair ‘easy-up’ soft-top roof, over a grey leather-trimmed interior, featuring embroidered Morgan crests on the headrests, blue carpets, a walnut dashboard, and chrome trim highlights.
It rides on a set of 16-inch chrome cross-spoke wire wheels fitted with Avon ZV7 tyres.
Equipment includes front and rear overriders, a polished stone guard, a stainless steel mesh grille, twin stainless steel exhausts, a luggage rack with integrated side screen storage, a thick wood-rimmed Moto Lita steering wheel, a Smiths analogue clock, an aluminium gear knob, elasticated door card storage pockets, a Librands stainless steel roll bar, a CD stereo, and heater and ventilation controls.
The car is accompanied by the Morgan handbook with service stamps in a black leather wallet, two UK V5Cs, the NSW registration document, a couple of maintenance invoices, original UK MOT slips, tonneau, side screen bag, and three keys.
CONDITION

Specific notes from the seller include: the body was resprayed in August 2025 by Curran’s Prestige in August 2025, excluding the doors, sides, and scuttle panel; the work was prompted by stone chip damage and a shipping strap mark, and was finished with a ceramic coating. There is a one year warranty on all work by Currans.
There is scuffing on either side of the car around the pins where the roof clips on, a repaired chip in the lower passenger-side windscreen, the transmission tunnel has been repainted, and there is visible wear on the driver-side floor mat.
The most recent roadworthiness test was on 5 May 2025.
