Overview
639 MY14 113CDI Van LWB 5dr Auto 5sp 1110kg 2.1DT Vito is the Mercedes-Benz of light commercial vans, literally. With full five-star safety as well as Benz attention to detail, it's generally a cut above the bulk of its competition " although some, such as Ford's latest Transit, are edging closer. The range of engines, transmissions and body sizes is calculated to fit just about anybody's LCV needs. There are three 2.1-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesels (70kW/250Nm, 100kW/310Nm and 120kW/360Nm) and a 165kW/440Nm 3.0-litre turbo-diesel V6. Transmissions, depending on model, include a six-speed manual and a five-speed auto. It's available in two wheelbase lengths, and as a wagon, van, or crew-cab.
