SUPERB CITY CAR THAT WAS LOVED
This car was loved and spent much of its life as superb runaround in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. It was largely stored in a garage or undercover. Other than a driver-side button that's worn that car is as close to new as you can get in a 10 year old car. For 10 years it had a service each September/October, often at the Mercedes garage in Alexandria. The engine never had any problems. Rear brake pads were replaced every few years. A clutch for the seatbelt and airbag. Other than that there was never a need for an irregular visit to the garage. If you're looking for car for a few years that's going to be trouble-free this is your answer. I'd guess you'll get another 5 years out of her before anything major needs fixing. Depreciation has been and will continue to be minimal. The same model with 200,000 kms on the clock sell for $10,000. Prefer to sell to someone who will continue to give this car a little love rather than dealers looking for an easy flip. Sad to see her go. Reason for selling: Just got delivery of an EV.

Presented in four-door hatch form here the newly introduced B series rides and handles in the expected M-B manner. The 90/kW/200Nm 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol starts out the range in the B180, followed by a 11kkW/250Nm version of the same motor for the B200 and topped out with a 100kW/300Nm1.8-litre turbodiesel in the B200 CDI.
