As an AMG production, changes to the existing W204 chassis and running gear are prolific. The front suspension comes straight from the CLK63 Black, with the rear end peppered in alloy componentry. Consequently there's a wider, lower roll centre, and much tighter steering response for the 35 series, 18x9 tyres cloaked in their flared guards. Even the 6.3-litre V8 is located close to the firewall as possible for 54/46 front/rear weight distribution. For the keen, the Performance Package Plus will give you another 22kW, taking output to 358kW " 480hp in the old money " plus better brakes and a mechanical LSD.
