This is an exceptional example of the iconic C63 AMG, with the race derived 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 (M156) — the final big-block AMG before the turbo era.
Factory-equipped with the Performance Package (P31), it produces an impressive 358 kW and 600 Nm, up from the standard 336 kW, with AMG’s uprated internals and forged pistons from the SLS. This is not a Mercedes engine but derived from the AMG race engine built for the DTM racing series.
Meticulously cared for and always garaged, this car presents in immaculate condition both inside and out. Only a few small blemishes consistent with the age of the vehicle.
The only non-factory change/upgrades are a high-flow exhaust system with custom made catalytic converters, drop in BMC high flow air filters (Serviceable – no new filters every service – and better breathing.) and a stage 2 ECU “Black” tune, to improve efficiency and the fantastic AMG soundtrack.
This model is the last of the last naturally aspirated big AMG V8s, and sure become a collector’s item.
