The Caddy now comes with a choice of three engines " one turbocharged petrol and two turbodiesels - with the (engine dependent) choice of five-speed manual or twin-clutch, six or seven-speed DSG transmissions, with short and long wheel-base version. The front-drive Comfortline Maxi Life offers good space for seven passengers and is more refined than the Maxi van, of which there's even a 4-Motion version. The wagon gets dual front and side airbags, plus newly fitted stability control. Rear parking sensors, alloy wheels, power front windows, dual-zone air-conditioning and a six-speaker CD audio are standard.
