The Good:
Driven mainly on hwy to from work and trips to Gold Coast. Car has been well maintained , recently (March 2026) did oil & filter, airfilter, spark plugs, etc. Interior in great condition.
The Bad:
Typical of Toyotas of this period, Paint gone on roof and bonnet, (have had quote to respray but priced accordingly)
Otherwise been great little car, Very reliable, and CHEAP on fuel.

Overview
The 130 series Yaris moves forward in a typical Toyota manner. Nothing fancy here, but a rock steady base with enhanced performance and a full dose of safety equipment right from the base model. It's a three or five-door hatch line up with more refinement, rear leg-room and better equipment levels. The handy cupholders and cubbies have gone though, replaced by a closer to 'standard' interior. While it's basically an around town car its highway behaviour is improved, but the four-speed auto can't match the competition. Overall, it is a car more than the sum of its parts.
