Overview
Replacing the previous four-door Megane with the Fluence has proven a good move for Renault. Even though it's directly related to the smaller five-door it presents itself differently. It's a very competent handling, comfortable car, competing with other makes that are differently packaged and sized. There are the Dynamique 2.0i and the Privilege 2.0i - both run CVT transmissions with a six-speed manual available only on the Dynamique. Safety features are high: six airbags, ABS and stability/traction control - just to mention the big ones. Interior room is generous, with a good ambience and specification, plus plenty of storage space.
