The CX5 gets a few model-wide enhancements in the form of a rear vision camera and an engine idle stop-start system. There's also a new six-speeed auto, tuned to maximise fuel economy, as a part of the SKYACTIV program. There are 2x4 and 4x4 options, with the 4x4 akin to Subaru's approach as in there are no real down and dirty capabilities here.
