FPV's all-new, locally developed, supercharged 5.0 litre alloy V8 engine (47kg lighter than the outgoing 5.4-Litre) produces 335kW/570Nm and is standard fitment across the GT/GT-P/GT-E models. GT/GT-P manuals return 13.6 L/100km and the GT/GT-P/GT-E autos give 13.7 L/100km, making it the most powerful and fuel efficient GT ever. There's sharper turn-in response and a better balance overall. Ride is also improved with a closer suspension match front-to-back. The luxury GT-E model maintains its low-profile approach minus the stripes. A feature of the new models is a quad-pipe exhaust system which enhances performance and exhaust note.
