Selling my dad’s Ford Falcon EcoLPI XR6 ute.
Dad’s a rugby coach and has headed overseas for a few seasons, so the ute just isn’t getting used anymore.
This thing has honestly been treated like a baby. It started its life working for a family business down in Victoria, where it did around 150,000km, then my dad bought it and has done the other 50,000km himself.
The car has always been serviced regularly and genuinely doesn’t miss a beat. It’s recently had new brake pads and discs done as well.
Super reliable ute, great on fuel with the EcoLPI setup, and perfect for a tradie or someone needing a dependable daily/work ute. Plenty of power, comfortable to drive, and tows really well too.
Low kms for what these motors are capable of, and it’s been very well looked after its whole life.
Only selling because Dad’s overseas.

Ford treads a slightly different path to Holden with its latest FG utes. The Falcon workhorses have become far more refined, but still maintain a load-toting edge with the auto XR6 cab-chassis able to carry up to 755kg. The XR6 is available with the rapid 195kW/391Nm six in six-speed manual or six-speed auto form, or the 156kW/371Nm 'E-Gas' six with a four-speed auto. It adds traction control, sport suspension and an XR body kit as well as automatic climate-control, XR seats and sports steering wheel. 5 Y-Spoke 18" alloy wheels, limited slip diff, 8" touch screen, projector head lamps, sports bar, USB are now standard.
