Same owner for the past 11 years. A 57 year old grandfather. This car has never been flogged. My pride and joy. A real head turner, and the 3.5 inch pipes straight through means you can hear it coming from a block away. Sub woofer gives the sound system a big punch. 2 dents that will pull out but great condition for a 14 year old car. One of the best around. Keyless entry to the hard top.

Five years on and Holden has re-introduced the limited edtion Thunder, based on the existing Series II VE SS and SV6 models. Basically you get 19-inch five spoke charcoal alloys, sat-nav, sport seats with leather bolsters and Thunder badging. Holden quotes it as $3000 worth for free. Designed as a celebration of sixty years since the introduction of Holden's first ute (officially the 50-2106 Coupe Utility, but popularly known as the "FX"), power comes from the 210kW 3.6-litre SIDI V6 or the 270kW 6.0-litre V8 (260kW in auto transmission form).
