After spending 2 years restoring my ute unfortunately its time so sell it.
It's been sitting in storage for 12 months, un-driven due to having 12 other cars, and to be honest, it's just sad that no one is having the pleasure of enjoying it.
During the 2 years it took to restore it, I put in a huge amount of time,effort, and money into building my perfect ute.
I brought it 5 plus years ago off the original owner, and during the entire time, I've owned its done less than 2000kms.
It has a genuine 187xxx km, which equals around 15xxxkms a year.
It comes with its original service book and owners manual.
Since I've owned it all, the mechanical upgrades - servicing and repairs have been carried out by Stout Automotive in knoxfield. They completed a full major service just before it was put into storage.
In the 2 years it took to restore the ute, I had the following work carried out.
*Full closed door, windows out respray by the highly regarded team at Donburn Customs in Kilsyth. While having the ute painted and during reassembling, it had the following brand new parts fitted or replaced.

It comes on genuine VE E3 HSV GTS 20" staggered wheels, which have been completely refurbished this alone cost $400 per rim.
They come with brand new genuine HSV centre caps - wheel nuts and genuine HSV wheel nut covers.
The only thing's it needs to pass a rwc is for the ute to be put back to a stockish ride height and have the tinted windows removed.
The ute has a clear PPSR and it comes with a full history of the build.

Five years on and Holden has re-introduced the limited edtion Thunder, based on the existing Series II VE SS and SV6 models. Basically you get 19-inch five spoke charcoal alloys, sat-nav, sport seats with leather bolsters and Thunder badging. Holden quotes it as $3000 worth for free. Designed as a celebration of sixty years since the introduction of Holden's first ute (officially the 50-2106 Coupe Utility, but popularly known as the "FX"), power comes from the 210kW 3.6-litre SIDI V6 or the 270kW 6.0-litre V8 (260kW in auto transmission form).
