Selling my much-loved 2011 Holden Captiva Series II, Saffie, as I’m needing to switch to a manual car. With just 135,991 km on the clock, she’s in amazing condition for her age and has been such a reliable, easy car to love.
Finished in a stunning deep sapphire blue, she absolutely glows in the sun and stands out wherever she goes. This car has been my little escape — beach runs, late-night drives, road trips and sunrise coffee missions. She’s the kind of car that makes driving feel fun, not just practical.
The spacious interior and big boot make her perfect for everything — from everyday errands to spontaneous adventures (and even cozy drive-in movie nights).

With front-wheel-drive, a 123kW/230Nm 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol mated to a six-speed manual and room for five, the Series II Captiva 5 updates the range that has sold surprisingly well. With increased equipment levels, including an electronic parking brake, hill-start assist, more storage compartments than you have fingers and toes, plus more airbags, its pricing has remained the same and even fallen for some models. In 4x4 form it's six-speed auto only with the re-introduction of a turbodiesel in 135kW/400Nm, 8.5L/100km form. If you're after bang for your buck, it's very hard to pass by.
