The BMW Z4 35is has been a terrific car. The Z4 looks fantastic but many of them (in my humble opinion) are underpowered. The Z4 35is solves this with a huge twin-turbo 3.0 litre straight 6 - same engine as the BMW M3 - which gives it tonnes of power even at low revs. It has amazing acceleration and handles beautifully.
My last car was a Lotus Elise which (although great fun) was very unreliable with lots of very expensive problems. I got the Z4 because I wanted a reliable car that still has the same great performance and it did not disappoint.
It’s been a great car which I’ve had for about five years as my daily drive around Canberra. It has always been garaged and is parked in a garage at work, too. Is in immaculate condition with full service history. I am sad to see it go but I am very rarely driving it these days now I live so close to work, and it’s a car that deserves to be driven.

Overview
BMW's new Z4 combines evolutionary with revolutionary. The proportions of the dedicated two-door sportster are very close to the previous model but, this time around, it is a little bigger with more passenger space and adopts a metal folding roof. Otherwise the formula is as before: a range of powerful, efficient inline six-cylinder engines and the choice of manual or self-shifting transmissions. The difference is the adoption of an optional double-clutch, seven-speed automated manual that blasts the Z4 to 100km/h in 5.1 seconds. Standard gear includes 'sunReflective? leather seats, parking sensors, bi-Xenon headlights and cruise control with brake function.
