2010 Ford Transit VM Mk7 High Roof, Long wheel base, 2.4lt turbo diesel, 6 speed manual, cruise control, 2nd owner.
Engine rebuilt 5000kms ago, currently 267800kms on the odometer.
Well over $10,000 spent on this van in the last 3 years, Lots of receipts included
The body is rough but mechanically it's great.
Lots of new parts which include: cylinder head, clutch, steering rack, turbo, injectors, fuel pump, glow plugs, water pump, radiator, all hoses, dual batteries, alternator, starter motor, high volume sump , engine and gearbox mounts, drivers seat belt, front windscreen, front brake rotors and pads (rears included but not installed), all fluids, tires are near new.
I've spent way too much money on this van. I was going to build it out into a camper and travel around Australia so I didn't spare any expense. My travel plans have changed so I need to move this on.
There is a diesel heater installed in the back which is plumbed into the factory fuel tank (happy to remove if not wanted)
Apart from a small oil leak that has developed, it should pass a road worthy no worries. I think this is minor rocker cover leak.
I have custom made poly water tanks to go underneath the van which can be included.
I also have a brand new ECB bull bar which is not fitted, but that would cost an extra approx $3000.

Ford's Transit has been a staple diet for commercial van users since the early 1970s. Today the Transit van comes in short, medium, long-wheelbase and jumbo versions with three roof heights and a choice of three engines. Short and medium wheelbase models offer a front-drive 81kW/285Nm 2.2-litre turbodiesel driving through a five-speed manual gearbox. Rear-drive is available in all configurations, with either a 103kW/375Nm 2.4-litre turbodiesel or a 104kW/206Nm 2.3-litre petrol engine and five or six-speed manual transmission. Driver's airbag, ABS, air-conditioning, CD player, power windows and power side mirrors standard, with front passenger airbag, side airbags, stability and traction control optional.
