The base FG ute comes with 16-inch steel wheels as standard, and is powered by the hearty 195kW/391Nm or the competent 156kW371Nm 'E-Gas' six. A six-speed manual, four-speed auto ('E-Gas' only), or six-speed auto can be optioned. The auto can even be optioned as a column shift for old schoolers. Stability control remains an option, but dual airbags are standard. Side airbags are also optional with the 'safety enhancement' pack. iPod and Bluetooth integrations are now standard. Load capacity is stated as 775kg., and all Falcon cab-chassis/utes now comply with the tough Euro IV emission specs.
