Selling my sister's 2010 Dodge Nitro. It’s been a reliable daily driver with that classic tough American look, but we’ve priced it lower to account for a few minor things that need attention.
The Good:
Mechanically feels solid and drives smoothly every day.
Spacious interior with fold-flat seating (great for camping or gear).
Distinctive MY11 styling with 20-inch alloys.
It has low kilometres: 111 252.
The Details:
Service History: Unfortunately, the logbooks were lost during a move, so it’s being sold without official service history.
Engine Light: The check engine light is currently on. It hasn't affected the driveability, and local mechanics haven't pinned down the exact sensor, but it’s likely a minor electrical/sensor glitch.
Body: There is a dent on the rear left bumper (see photos).
AC: The AC needs to be regarded.

Developed alongside Jeep's new Cherokee, the part-time 4WD Nitro is not an off-roader - there's no dual-range transmission for a start. Extensive load carrying capabilities, including fold-flat seating and a slide-out cargo floor, make the five-seater a handy lifestyle wagon. There's a choice of petrol or diesel engines, the former being a 151kW/314Nm 3.7-litre V6 driving a four-speed auto transmission.
