With current economic climate, rising interest rates and inflation beyond RBA target, I am happy to be flexible with the payment for local Canberra buyer as I need the parking spot cleared. While full payment is preferred and highly appreciated, I am open to significant upfront deposit and the rest of the amount in short term weekly payment arrangement subject to local ID verification and a formal written agreement. This arrangement is mutual, as I am motivated to get the car moved.
The car is in great mechanical condition. For your assurance, I will get another oil service done, purchase a new ppsr to confirm no debt and a roadworthy inspection. I will personally cover these costs and anything additional that may require replacement during inspection, such as tyres, wipers, bulbs, etc.
