Nissan's previous-generation D22 Navaras are still available in cab-chassis two-door DX form, and as an ST-R dual-cab four-door ute. Powerplant is a 2.5-litre turbo diesel four-cylinder producing 98kW and 304Nm, hooked up to a five-speed manual transmission. The DX cab-chassis maximum payload is 1221kg and the ute is able to carry a touch more than one tonne. The cab-chassis versions are available in two-wheel drive or 4WD form, while the ST-R ute is 4WD only. ABS brakes and dual airbags are standard in 2WD cab-chassis and the 4WD ST-R ute, while air-conditioning is standard on all models.
