Reliable and stylish - Last serviced (@180k) and ready to go. We run it in on premium unleaded once a month and keep serviced it regularly at Auto Classic and at Ray Counsel in Mosman Park. Second owner, purchased in 2014. (Originally purchased and resold via Auto Classic BMW Burswood). Comes complete with log books.
Beautiful features including active cruise control, black leather seats, rare black interior trim (not the cheaper aluminium finish) sunroof, lights in the doors that light the floor outside as you step in and 18" BMW M Spoke alloy wheels with run flat technology so you never need to worry about flat tyres (you can drive up to 80kms per hour even if you manage to get a flat tyre). BMW idrive system is helpful and always keeps you up to date with servicing and oil information. Comes with navigation, bluetooth, usb and CD as part of the premium audio system plus front & rear parking sensors.
No aftermarket modifications. We had premium tint installed by Auto-Classic when we purchased it. Genuine BMW Water pump replaced last year. No fault messages. Due for its next service and some new tyres however still runs great.
Only issue is that the sunroof shade headliner fabric has started to come away, however the sun roof is in perfect working order (we just keep the shade open!). A couple of little dings, but nothing serious, and has never been involved in an accident. Other than that its a great car that we are upgrading for a family car. We've priced it to move with all of the above in mind.
Equipped with ABS brakes. 6 airbags to protect you and your family with an ANCAP safety rating of 5. In addition to all the foregoing this bmw 3 series has parking sensors, driver airbag, brake assist, side airbags and passenger airbag.

Overview
The 3 Series is the backbone of BMW's success. Sitting between the 1 and 5 Series, the mid-size BMW sedan was revised in late 2008. Engines range from four-cylinder petrol and diesel through various sixes to the raucous M3 V8. Spacious for its class, the 3 Series is also driver-oriented. The 140kW/230Nm 323i is available only with a six-speed auto and comes with stability and traction control, six airbags, 16-inch alloys, cruise control, rear parking sensors, automatic climate control, trip computer, leather trim, part-power front seats and six-speaker CD audio.
