I've owned this car for around 11 years - from around 44,000km on the clock if memory serves. Reason for selling is Im not using this car for what it's intended purpose is anymore - and that purpose is to have FUN driving. I'd rather pass it on to someone who will enjoy the car and continue to take care of it.
Primarily used a daily driver with occasional cruises through the hills - no track days.
>Serviced every 6 months - at least oil changed and inspections completed - usually well before 5000km intervals.
>No Engine or performance mods.
>Timing chain and tensioner replaced around the 100k mark
Only modifications on the car listed below:
>3" Titanium exhaust from the dump back - Tomei Expreme Ti Catback kit + Straight pipe - installed roughly 3 years ago
>Adjustable coilovers - Installed only a year ago
>Upgraded brakes slotted rotors and brembo pads - only recently installed late 2025
>19" Rims that came with the car
>Android Auto/Apple carplay enabled Head Unit installed to replace the old infotainment system - but I do have the old one sitting around still

> Small tear in driver's seat - from years of daily driving (see photo)
> AWC Button has broken - This only happened very recently and the part is obsolete at Mitsubishi. I haven't had the time to work out a solution. The button is used to swap between Tarmac - Snow - Gravel presets. It's in Tarmac mode now, the function still "works" but the photo explains the situation.
