Selling my VE SV6 Sportwagon as I’ve recently upgraded to a company car.
Don’t be fooled by "low km" VEs on the market. If they haven’t had their engine and transmission replaced by 250,000km, you’re likely the one who will be stuck with the bill. This car has already "gone the distance" for me over the last 14 years, and I’ve already done the heavy lifting.
The 360,000km on the odometer is proof of a long, well-maintained life. It has gone the distance because the mechanicals are top-notch. With a replacement 5-speed transmission and full engine replacement already done, this wagon drives better than cars with half the mileage. It shifts smoothly, pulls well, and is ready for many more kilometres.
Interior: Very well-kept leather.
To-Do: The roof lining needs a fix—I was going to do it, but having just spent the maintenance budget on the transmission, I’m leaving this small job for the next owner.
Sold as-is, no RWC. I’m priced for a quick sale.
