I am the second owner of this Toyota Prius iTech and have recently bought a new car. We had planned to keep this one for our daughter, but she has now moved overseas, so it’s time to let it go.
It has been a very reliable car for us and in the 10yrs I’ve owned it, the only issue I’ve had was replacing a blown fuse. Brakes were done last year, tyres are in good condition, two remote keys are included. Rego is current until October.
The car still delivers excellent fuel economy and it’s easy to get well over 800 km from the 40lt tank.
Being an 2007 car, it does show signs of age and general wear and tear. The clear coat on the bonnet and roof has deteriorated from time in the sun, and there are a few marks and scrapes on the bumpers from city parking. The driver’s seat also shows some wear. None of these affect how the car drives and they are purely cosmetic.
Overall, it’s a solid and economical car that still has plenty of life left in it.
