This is a well-maintained E46 M3 that has had the important work done and has been looked after properly.
The car is fitted with the CSL SMG software, which makes a noticeable difference to shift speed and overall driveability compared to the standard SMG setup.
Key preventative maintenance has already been completed by BMW:
• Rod bearings replaced by BMW
• VANOS inspected and confirmed good condition
• Rear subframe reinforcement and repairs completed by BMW
A significant amount of money has been spent over the years to keep the car in good mechanical condition. I have receipts for the work carried out, along with two original keys and full service history.
The car has always been garaged and driven with care. Interior and exterior present well for the age and kilometres. No rust. The engine starts easily, idles smoothly, and pulls strongly through the rev range. Overall, it drives very well and feels tight on the road.
